About our founder

Our founder Darren McNamara, has over 27 years of experience in the logistics sector undertaking a number of senior roles in the UK, Europe, Australia, with global exposure and responsibility.

Darren had led development and implementation of commercial and product strategy for a global container shipping organisation, and played a senior leadership role in the development and implementation of a global shipping platform and transformation program. More recently Darren led commercial strategy for a global scale logistics private equity backed Rail organisation, and led the development of strategic plans for transport and logistics within the NSW and with the commonwealth government.

Darren has played pivotal roles in the development of the 2025 National Freight and Supply Chain strategy along with the federal and other state jurisdictions , the development of the Western Sydney Freight line and freight data product business cases, the NSW Industrial Land policy development, and has been part of multiple government and industry groups and projects focused on improving the freight and logistics sector.

Darren also has a strong belief that technology and data has the potential to revolutionise the transport sector. Darren drove the development of Transport for NSW’s Freight Data strategy and Freight modelling modernisation , has worked with government and industry to improve the freight data eco system, and also played a leading role in the development of the Freight Community System business case.

With an extensive network , Darren is able to target and leverage the sectors experience, and resources to deliver results for his partners.
